There comes a time when all of us need to replace our old phones with a brand new one. When I got around to doing this, I opted for an iPhone 6 Plus. With a 5.5″ screen and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, as well as a 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera, there’s plenty of good features which got me interested.
The simple design itself is similar to previous iPhones with sleek rounded edges which are enfolded into glass. However, this model is more durable and slimmer than previous ones. It also comes in a few limited but great colours – space grey, silver and gold. The battery also lasts longer with 24 hours of 3G talk time. It also comes in 16GB, 64GB or 128GB of storage with a respective price increase.
On the other hand, the bigger screen size causes this model to feel more bulky and quite large to hold in the hand. The on/off button has also been relocated to the side of the phone and even though the battery lasts longer, it takes longer to charge. However, despite these few cons, it is apparent that the benefits of this model outweigh the drawbacks.
Until next time.
